Owners will be required to sign and provide the following items:
Sign/Complete:
- Exclusive Property Management Agreement
- Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if home was built prior to 1978)
- Pre-Rental Inspection
- IRS W-9 Form
Provide:
- Copy of Liability Insurance
- Copy of Home Warranty (if available)
- Keys for Property
- Remote Control for Garage Door Opener (if applicable)
- Code for Alarm System (if applicable)
- Pool/Clubhouse pass/key (if applicable)
